Move over Chicago; it’s Boston’s turn to party with pork. The 2012 Bacon and Beer Fest kicked off over the weekend and runs through May 5 (just in time to celebrate Cinco de Mayo!). Don’t miss the Bacon and Beer Art Show tomorrow, May 2. Head to PA’s Lounge in Union Square, Somerville for 1 of 2 viewings. Enjoy contemporary art inspired by bacon and beer from 15+ artists while munching on bacon-y offerings from Stone Hearth Pizza Company, Zoe’s Meats, and Pink Box Desserts, with beer from Watch City Brewing Company, Clown Shoes Beer, and Left Hand Brewing Company. Tickets are available for the show, which runs from 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. and 8 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
