Clover folks getting ready for the first movie night.

One of Boston’s favorite food trucks — Clover — is launching Neighborhood Movie Nights tonight, August 2, at 7 p.m. in Dewey Square. The first flick to be shown is Back To The Future.

“We had a pirate movie night where we showed The Goonies at the MIT truck last summer, and we thought it would be fun to do something like that again,” explained Clover Food Lab founder Ayr Muir to The Boston Herald. “We’re not trying to pick movies you’ve never seen — we want ones that are fun to watch again. It’s not an uptight atmosphere.”

The screening is free, and heirloom popcorn and other specialty snacks will be available for purchase in addition to the normal truck menu.

Clover Food Labs has restaurants and trucks around Boston and Cambridge. Though the menu changes with the seasons, you can expect french fries made from just-cut PEI potatoes, fresh juices, perfect sandwiches, and just-made salads.
